Overview King's University College at Western University, a Catholic Liberal Arts College, invites applications for a probationary tenure-track appointment in Criminology at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, effective July 1, 2016. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Sociology or Criminology (or is ABD and close to completion).

Experience and Qualifications The successful candidate should have a strong research program in crime, criminological theory, law, and/or corrections and punishment. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of teaching excellence, including the ability to teach Introduction to Criminology, Advanced Criminological Theory and/or Juvenile Justice.
