Earn your way into a franchise ownership and operate as a District Manager of a highly lucrative painting and design operation. "Virtually limitless" describes the potential positions, business paths and growth and development options we offer to those who join us during or just out of college.
Intern: A college temporary hire currently enrolled in and pursing a degree at an accredited college or university. The intern will be given work related to their degree area.
Co-op Student: A college temporary hire currently enrolled in and pursing a degree at an accredited college or university and will be given work related to that degree area. Co-ops must be enrolled with their school's formal "Co-operative Education Office (or equivalent). These students may receive academic credit for their work with Immensity United Canada.

Student participants can benefit from mentoring through an trades apprentice program. Student participants can work side-by-side with knowledgeable and experienced experts within the painting and design trades field. Contract Percentage Commissions
Acquire potential leads for residential and commercial painting and design contracts, commissions are based on percentages paid upon completion of the project.
EARNINGS POTENTIAL
As a Marketing Manager you can earn:
Commissions are paid when you obtain a lead for a potential contract, the contract is initiated and successfully completed. See example below: Potential volume which can be earned example: Residential Contracts $20,000 CDN per month Commercial Contracts $40,000 CDN per month
Commission Percentages 5% of the total residential contract estimation 10% of the total commercial contract estimation NOTE: Marketing material provided Potential franchise opportunity available
