Overview Responsible for providing administrative support to the Hamilton Branch. Coordinating all administration functions relating to the Branch and to help support in maintaining its efficient operation.

Responsibilities DUTIES Coordinate all administration functions relating to the Branch and to help support in maintaining its efficient operations; Provide customers with all detailed information relating to work orders or invoices; Direct and maintain the Preventive Maintenance system information, delegate and manage completion of the PM's schedules and maintain the data for our Benchmark " PM Completion Rate"; Open/update and invoice customers externally or internally from service work orders; Maintain the Branch "Work In Progress"; Handle filing of documents and update of various company forms and personnel files; Assist in the preparation of meetings and any other pertinent projects; Ensure effective integration of new employee; Prepare (format) analysis, reports and presentations; Other relevant duties as necessary.

Experience and Qualifications Secretarial college degree combined with 2 to 3 years relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS Office Organization skills Initiative, autonomy, detail oriented and discretion Ability to work under pressure and to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
