Overview Manage, coach and mentor a staff of approx 15-20 individuals on a per club level. Accountability to the day-to-day operations of the clubs, including maintaining and expanding customer base; managing staff and facility. Responsible for meeting of sales goals and motivation for Sales. You will have an assigned number of clubs to manage.

Responsibilities Setting and communicating club goals and objectives Work closely with HR Team in all aspects of Human Resources and Recruiting, while maintaining the required consistent processes across all locations for coaching, counseling, hiring and disciplining employees. Develop recruiting needs plan, to ensure appropriate coverage for all locations at all time, at the same time following standard corporate recruiting processes. Provide required training to staff in areas of sales and fitness trainer, as outlined in Corporate Training requirements. Communication to all levels of staff of corporate goals and objectives. People management in the form of scheduling, communicating job expectations, planning and motivating, appraising and review job contributions. Enforcing Corporate policies and procedures to ensure consistently amongst all assigned clubs, to align with corporate objectives and all other clubs in the Fitness One organization Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Experience and Qualifications Proven experience of 3-5 Years in a management capacity of a multi-location retail, hospitality or fitness industry Business degree or equivalent work experience
