Junior Sales/Customer Service Assistant - Family Productions Inc.

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales/Customer Service Assistant. Family Productions Inc provides a rewarding, team-focused environment. This is a full time position, and it requires an additional commitment of five weekends per year for work at our tradeshows. We usually have a couple of dogs around the office, so the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with dogs.

Responsibilities

This job will require you to source out new business leads, update a database of information, and will require a lot of phone work. Previous phone or telemarketing experience is an asset, but not required. If you are tenacious, organized and detailed with a great customer service attitude then we are willing to put in the time to train you.
