Overview Earth Angels is filling 4 Environmental Mentor/Teaching Positions for 2 Biodiversity Field Trips. These are one-day events that run from 8:30 to 3:00 and are designed to provide post-secondary students with training and experience in providing outdoor environmental education to elementary school children. Earth Angels is providing the teaching materials and notes, and the onsite training and orientation. These Biodiversity Field Trips take place on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Mission Island in Thunder Bay, and on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Kakabeka Falls. Responsibilities Teaching the elementary school children in grades 3 through 5 about ecosystems. Earth Angels will be providing the teaching materials, instructions and notes. Each teaching session is about 20 minutes, but the same material will be taught throughout the day to rotating groups of children.

Experience and Qualifications Post-secondary students with a desire to increase their environmental teaching experience.
