Responsibilities

Dynamix animators/facilitators are responsible for implementing workshops in schools and organizations through an experiential learning approach consisting of various physical & thought provoking challenges. Using specially designed programs, animators will teach children several group-oriented skills (i.e..teamwork, communication, avoiding bullying, conflict resolution, etc).

Experience and Qualifications

In order to be a Dynamix facilitator you must have experience & passion for working with groups of children/teens. Examples: Day Camps, Schools, Daycare, Leisure Centers, ect. Some of the positions in Dynamix require a mode of transportation in order to carry out equipment and get to different schools throughout Montreal, Laval, and surrounding areas. Language required: Excellent English and/or excellent French / bilingual (asset)
