Responsibilities Responsibilities: conduct a blower door test (for air leakage) measure and describe the house and its equipment accurately take pictures with a digital camera perform energy-savings demonstrations for homeowners discuss customer renovation plans and options help homeowners complete grant forms.

Experience and Qualifications Qualifications: knowledge of house construction terminology required. positive, customer friendly attitude punctual for preset appointment times perform work in a timely, organized fashion acceptable spoken and written English required, second language helpful must have acceptable car or truck must be willing to travel to surrounding communities computer literate We can provide all necessary training and air testing equipment if needed. A six-day training course will be held in Vancouver in August. Participants must write and pass the advisor exam. Successful candidates will then conduct 5 unsupervised and 2 supervised evaluations in your area of residence, which will be reviewed prior to commencing a probationary period.
