Responsibilities We are looking for personable, confident, organized, and commited individuals to take on a leadership role at the 2012 event. Volunteer Captains will be relied upon to communicate reguarly with their specific team as well as with the Volunteer & Crew Coordinator. Volunteer Captains will be asked to attend monthly meetings leading up to the event and may be asked to help host an orientation for their fellow team mates.

Experience and Qualifications Willingness to take initiative, responsible, punctual and accountable, ability to work in a team environment, sense of humour, flexibility and adaptability. Enjoy working with people & a pleasant, friendly manner. Interest in charitable events is a definite asset.
