Overview Provide clients in the implementation, and support of the CRM module and cultivate positive working relationships. This role uses consulting skills, and business knowledge to effectively customize and integrate Ardexus products into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Responsibilities We are looking for a CRM Consultant who will perform the following duties: Customer Support Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email Participate in web meetings to advise customers on the existing and potential features in Ardexus products Monitor client service emails in Ardexus web support database and maintain the communication record in the FAQ database Inform the customers about the changes to the status of the support tickets Perform unit testing on completed patches and participate in other testing as required Implementation and Training Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of the Ardexus product suite Manage Ardexus implementations including data loads. With smaller clients perform the role of Project Manager. Conduct meetings with every new customer to review expectations and to create a written implementation plan with milestones and deliverables Maintain and customize all implementation materials, such as project plans, project documents, kickoff surveys Issue a customer survey at the completion of each implementation to determine the customer's perspective on its success. As a primary trainer for all Ardexus products, provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training, engaging learners with varying skill levels Develop training materials, manuals and multimedia documentation Coordinate products demonstrations Report potential leads to the Sales Manager Other duties may be assigned.

Experience and Qualifications Your skills include Proven presentation and communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Must have a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly. Strong problem solving skills. You much be passionate about your ability to always find solutions to customers' needs. Must be self-motivated and goal driven. You should possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize Experience in CRM is a bonus
