Overview

Our client, one of the major banks is looking for Bilingual call centre representatives who will be handling inbound calls (in French and English) for the execution of sales through internal and external leads to support the growth, retention and profitability of its customers. The successful candidate must have worked at a call centre sales environment, with extraordinary CSR skills and is familiar with the banking systems. Additionally, candidates need to be flexible to travel to Mississauga for three weeks of training.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries on our products & services.
  • Contacts customers in regards to sales calls or follow-up to customer inquiries over the phone based on training provided
  • Promote Merchant Services by following-up on leads to generate sales
  • Provide superior service exceeding expectations on every contact
  • Maintaining and building customer relationships, while reducing attrition
  • Support Managers with the execution of the Merchant Services sales strategy
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and refer products and services.

  • Experience and Qualifications

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent organization skills
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills ( Both English and French)
  • Must be comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Flexible with rotating shifts: 7am-12am midnight
  • At least 1 year call centre experience or retail banking experience
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate solid decision making skills.
  • Needs to be flexible to travel to Mississauga for 3 weeks of training
