Justice Studies Diploma: Youth Justice Specialization - Bow Valley College The Justice Studies Diploma at Bow Valley College is a two-year (four semester) career program that allows someone to specialize in youth justice, law enforcement, or correctional studies. All Justice Studies Diploma students take the same set of courses in Year 1 and take courses specific to their specialization in Year 2. The Youth Justice Specialization will provide someone with the tools to effectively work with at-risk youth, incarcerated youth, and youth who are reintegrating back into society. Subjects in the Youth Justice Specialization include Abnormal Psychology, Therapeutic Communication, Intervention Strategies with Youth, Suicide Prevention, Criminal Justice, and Sociology.
