Programs The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) offers over 109 vocational training programs including 3 applied bachelor degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems Technology, 47 1-year certificates and more than 59 2-year diplomas. Apprenticeships are available in 34 trades and Continuing Education provides in excess of 1,200 courses and 17 programs for academic, personal and/or professional purposes. Interesting Facts The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is a career college located in Alberta whose graduates have historically had a high degree of success in finding high-paying employment in their chosen fields. On average, after 5 years of employment, NAIT graduates earn more than $44,000 annually. The Institute is responsible for training 17 percent of Canada’s and upwards of 50 percent of Alberta’s registered apprentices and NAIT is designing the NAIT Centre for Apprenticeship Technologies to offer practical experience to students in over a dozen skilled trades.
