Number of Students About 25,500 Programs Malaspina University-College provides academic and career-oriented programs leading to undergraduate and graduate degrees, post-graduate diplomas, diplomas, and certificates in Arts, Business and Management, Career and Academic Preparation, Education, Fine and Performing Arts, First Nations, Health, Human Services, Science, Technology/Technician, and Trades and Applied Technology. The College has over 18 bachelor degrees in Arts, Education, Music, and Science and more than 16 trades/vocational programs designed to prepare students for apprenticeships and/or entry-level employment in a number of skilled trades. In addition, the College makes available the Master of Business Administration and an International Master of Business Administration. Students are also given the opportunity to complete up to the first 2 years of their respective degrees at the College and then transfer to 1 of many universities in Canada which recognize credits earned at Malaspina University-College. Moreover, the College has opportunities for students to upgrade and improve their academic and/or employability skills, including basic literacy and English as a Second Language, via adult basic education and Continuing Education.
