Welding At Its Best, is an approved and registered private career college in London, Ontario, under the Private Career Colleges Act. The institute has been providing welder training since 1988. It is an accredited Canadian Welding Bureau (C.W.B.) and Technical Standards & Safety Authority (T.S.S.A.) Test Centre. Welding At Its Best aims to help its students learn and become familiar with every aspect of welding from striking an arc, to X-ray quality welding, offering financial assistance to those who display talent in this technical field. The institution specializes in Triple Phase Welder Training, Welder Certification Testing and Technical Consulting. Classes are held in three shifts everyday lasting 4.5 hours in duration, a flexible arrangement. Classes are taught by highly qualified, experienced, certified welders whose extensive field experience is invaluable in conveying best work-related practices to the student. Those who successfully finish the programs qualify for The Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) and Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) Certification Tests. The classes are capsuled into short courses, the longest four maor techniques of welding + pipe lasting, 48 weeks.
As Welding At Its Best is a CWB Test Centre, it offers All Position CWB Certification to those who qualify in the welding processes such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK), Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), Flux Cored Arc Welding (on plate flat position only). TSSA certification is available for those who qualify in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK)(on plate or pipe), Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)(on plate), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG)(on carbon or stainless plate or pipe), and Flux Cored Arc Welding (flat position only).
