IBT College is based in Toronto and offers students a wide range of courses in the fields of business, tourism and technology. Certificate courses are available for those students looking to develop a new skill or upgrade their existing skill sets. All courses are specifically designed to ensure that the students are equipped to face the job market as soon as possible, armed with the knowledge and skills that they will need to land the job of their choice. The college offers financial assistance for eligible students in the form of interest free monthly payment plans. Students may also apply for a student line of credit with a financial institution. IBT College offers courses on a weekend basis as well as morning, afternoon and evening sessions to suit the needs of the students. The college offers a range of programs including courses on network management, E-commerce web design, travel and tourism, business management and computerized accounting. Certificate courses are also available for a number of IT related subjects. IBT College also operates a Career Services cell for the benefit of its students. This assists graduates in establishing a specific goal and direction for their career. It also provides guidance in resume writing, networking and interview techniques, salary negotiation skills and employee marketability. Interview assessments are also given in order to help students identify and strengthen their weak areas. Students are given special counseling prior to graduation to enable them to assess possible career goals and look into current employment opportunities.
